What can I return?

1. Items that have been worn or washed are not returnable or exchangeable.

2. Defective items can be exchanged or refunded. If you have any questions, please contact Support@valquestions.com.

3. All refunds and exchanges must be completed within 30 days of the order date. Pre-order returns and exchanges must be completed within 15 days of receipt.
